Every engagement starts with a FieldScan
The FieldScan is our core methodology: a structured read of your digital thumbprint, benchmarked against competitors and scored across five Signal Dynamics: Strength, Frequency, Channel, Flow, and Resonance. It is the foundation of every service we offer. You see the data before you decide which service and level to pursue.
The Foundation
Every service starts with a FieldScan
FieldScan SOS™ is our Signal-Led Business Intelligence system. The FieldScan is its first stage: a structured read of your organisation's full public field, scored across five Signal Dynamics (Strength, Frequency, Channel, Flow, and Resonance) run before any strategy is recommended.
Grow
Expand reach, win more clients, out-signal the competition.
Most organisations are not losing because their offer is weak. They are losing because their digital thumbprint is not converting visibility into buyer confidence. Buyers, partners, and investors form an opinion before they ever speak to you, built entirely from what they can find in your public field. Proof architecture gaps, message dilution, and sector signal that is not yet packaged are costing you decisions you never see.
Who this is for
Organisations that want to win more, including more clients, more partnerships, more visibility, and are ready to look honestly at where their current presence is falling short.
Levels included
Align
Make what you show the world match who you are inside.
Organisations often know, at some level, that their external presence is not fully representing their actual capability or values. What they rarely have is a clear, evidenced picture of exactly where the distance is widest, and what it is costing them in buyer confidence, credibility, and team alignment. This is the process of making that distance visible and measurable.
Who this is for
Organisations that sense a gap between their internal reality and their external story, and want to close it. Particularly relevant for organisations going through leadership change, strategic pivot, or a period of rapid growth.
Levels included
Transform
Prepare to scale, sell, or stand up to due diligence.
When an organisation is preparing to scale significantly, seek investment, or move toward a sale, the digital thumbprint becomes a due diligence document. Acquirers, investors, and partners read it the way a forensic analyst reads a balance sheet, looking for red flags, undervalued assets, and the gaps between what is claimed and what is evidenced in the public field.
Who this is for
Organisations preparing for a significant transition: a funding round, a strategic acquisition, a management buyout, a succession, or a major partnership. Also relevant for organisations that have recently gone through a transition and need to rebuild their external story.
Levels included
Build
Horizon Europe, EIC, EDF, UKRI, Innovate UK, NRC Canada.
Funding calls are not won on merit alone. They are won by organisations that understand what the evaluator is looking for and can demonstrate clearly and credibly that they are the right fit. Most proposals fail not because the science is weak, but because the proof architecture is wrong and the signal is not reaching the evaluator with enough clarity.
Who this is for
Organisations preparing a bid for Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, EDF, UKRI, Innovate UK, NRC Canada, or any competitive public funding call, whether they have a coordinator in place or need one.
Choose your service, then your level.
Each level is cumulative. Level 3 includes everything in Levels 1 and 2. You never pay twice for the same work.
01: Grow
Most organizations are not losing because their offer is weak. They are losing because their digital presence is not showing the right things to the right people at the right moment. Buyers, partners, and investors form an opinion before they ever speak to you, and that opinion is built from what they can find.

What each service covers
Every engagement starts with the same digital thumbprint read and Signal Index report. What differs is the strategic lens and the deliverables that follow.
Pricing, process, and what to expect.
What does the FieldScan actually deliver?
The FieldScan delivers a written Signal Index report: ten specific findings, each scored across five Signal Dynamics: Strength, Frequency, Channel, Flow, and Resonance. Every finding is tied to observable, public evidence from your digital thumbprint. We walk you through the report in a briefing session before you decide how to proceed.
Do I have to commit to a full level upfront?
No. Every engagement starts with a FieldScan, the first stage of FieldScan SOS™. After you see the findings and the Signal Index report, you decide which service and level to pursue. There is no obligation to go further.
Can I move between levels once we have started?
Yes. If you start at Level 1 and decide you want to go to Level 2, you pay the difference. You never pay twice for work already completed.
Are prices fixed or do they vary by organisation size?
The prices listed are fixed for the scope described. For very large organisations or multi-entity engagements, we will scope separately and provide a custom quote.
What does "all prices in CAD + HST" mean for non-Canadian clients?
All invoices are issued in Canadian dollars. HST applies to Canadian clients. International clients are invoiced in CAD without HST, and you handle any local tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The FieldScan stage typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Entry-level engagements (Level 1 or 2) usually complete within 2 to 4 weeks. Higher levels and retainers are scoped with a timeline at the start of the engagement.
What is the Rickter Scale?
The Rickter Scale is a structured assessment tool used in the Align service to measure where individuals and teams currently read a situation versus where they want to be. It surfaces internal signal drift that is often showing externally without the organisation realising it.
